What is Dynamic FAQ’s? Dynamic FAQ’s is a special script that displays your frequently asked questions on a page of your website. This powerful tool is great for your online business because FAQ pages get scanned by search engines and customers alike and the best part about ours is that they update automatically. This means you get all the benefits with zero effort to you.
ResponseQue’s advanced category assignments means that you can set rules for the system to follow when it comes to routing your questions to your staff. For instance you can route messages based on where a question came from. So if you have a page of your website that gets a lot of billing questions, you can tell the system to automatically send these messages to your billing staff only. Now that’s efficient!
Why are Term Exceptions cool? Have you noticed that on the Internet people don’t use proper English anymore? We have, and that’s why we have added a Term Exception module to ResponseQue. Here’s how it works. Say someone asks you… “Where are you located?” and then someone else asks you “where r u located”… now ResponseQue recognizes that these two questions are the same. This is just one more way ResponseQue saves your business time.
One of my favorite upgrades coming in this next release is Global Answers. With the new global answer type you can let the system know that certain questions will always have a particular answer no matter what page it is being answered from. Take for example the question… “Do you have this available in red?” and also the question… “What is your hours of operation?”. See the answer to the first question really depends on the page that it is being asked from on your website. If this question was asked from a page in which you sell hats from and and also a page where you sell shoes from the answer may differ. However, the second example question, “What is your hours of operation?”, has the same answer no matter what page it is being asked from. It is a Global Answer! This powerful tool will help you train the software in half the time and we are excited to release it as soon as we can to the public.
